A² provided general contracting for the Maintenance and Operations Facility at Punta Gorda Airport for the Charlotte County Airport Authority. The scope of work included extensive sitework, a PEMB and CBS administrative building housing the airport operations, badge training, restrooms, and airport staff training rooms, a six-bay PEMB vehicle maintenance building (14,350SF). The project also included extension embankment, drainage, water and wastewater services, new vehicular parking lots, access roadways, signage, new vehicular and pedestrian access gates, sidewalk, chain-link security fence and gates, landscaping, area lighting and a vehicle wash-down area.
