The Collection
Our firm provided construction management services for the construction of an office tower and parking garage in Coral Gables, Florida. The parking garage is an eight story structure comprised of 310,637 square feet and provides approximately 900 parking spaces. The office tower is a ten story structure with 269,136 square feet. This was a fast track project. |

Water & Sewer Administration Building and Parking Garage
Our firm provided construction management services for this design/build project, which consisted of construction of a five-story tilt-up building (156,078 square feet) and an eight-story pre-cast parking garage (290,500 square feet). |
