Our firm is currently providing Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services for the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District 6. The project includes adding lanes and reconstructing SR-826 (Palmetto Expressway) interchanges at SW 8th Street, Coral Way and Bird Road. A JPA relocation was performed on 8th Street. |

John Land Apopka Expressway Construction (SR-414)
Orange County
We are providing CEI services as a sub-consultant for DRMP. The project provides for construction of 4.4 miles of new roadway from CR-437A to Hiawassee Road. The project consists of new construction along with clearing and grubbing 300 acres; 4.1 million CY of excavation and 4.5 million CY of embankment; drainage, pond excavation and stabilization; base construction and Superpave asphalt; 11 bridge structures, 55,000 square feet of RE wall construction; highway lighting and signage; fiber optic installation; landscaping along the expressway; a mainline express toll plaza and four ramp toll plazas; and surcharge. |

We are part of the Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) team for the SR-528/SR-436 Interchange Project. The work required for this project includes the new construction of a ramp flyover and bridge, roadway widening of SR-528, roadway and bridge widening of SR-436, ramp reconstruction, ramp widening, drainage improvements, lighting, signing, pavement marking and ITS. |

Orange Blossom Trail

This project consists of 9.8 miles of multi-lane reconstruction on Orange Blossom Trail (U.S. 441), one of Orlando's major arteries. The project includes the installation of storm sewer RCP Class II, water mains and services, sanitary mains, regular and subsoil excavation, trench shield excavation, temporary sheet pile, two lift stations, earthwork, curb and gutter, asphalt paving, milling of existing asphalt, existing driveway modifications, sidewalks, guardrails, thermoplastic striping, signing, signalization, lighting and landscaping.

SR-7 Widening for FDOT District 4
Palm Beach County, FL
Our firm provided Construction Engineering Inspections (CEI). This project consisted of 2.5 miles of widening from four lanes to six lanes within an urban compact section of southern Palm Beach County and 3.5 miles of widening from two lanes to four lanes through the agricultural district. Some of the major items were a single span bridge replacement over the Lake Worth Drainage District's E-1 Canal, 500,000 cy of earthwork, 180 drainage structures, multiple box culverts for irrigation to the farmers, 114,000 sf of noise barrier wall for the residential district and eight signalized intersection upgrades. |
